Dear pro-abortions: you can't handle the truth

Anonymous blogger "Fern Hill" doesn't like what Priests for Life US did when Fr. Frank Pavone put an aborted child on the altar.

She goes on to say that we Canadians are paying for this, that we paid these "offensive nutbars" tax dollars.

"Why am I going on about this? Because you, dear readers, and I have given these offensive nutbars more than $75K over the last five years."

Not so "Fern Hill".

What "Fern Hill" doesn't seem to comprehend, is that these are two entirely two different organizations. So I posted comments on her blog to educate her:

Hey Fern Hill you realize that Priests for Life headed up by Fr. Frank Pavone is American and has nothing do do with Priests for Life Canada eh?

In recent days, social media has been abuzz regarding a video posted by Fr. Frank Pavone, head of Priests for Life (U.S.A.), in which the body of an aborted child was openly displayed on an altar. Many were rightly disturbed, shocked and horrified by such an action. While Priests for Life Canada would certainly concur
with the need for the public to be aware of the stark reality of abortion, we are deeply disturbed by such actions...In closing, we would like to make it clear that Priests for Life Canada is completely independent of Priests for Life (U.S.A.), and although we, along with many other pro-life organizations, do share common goals and objectives, we cannot concur with all of their actions and the recent actions of Fr. Pavone are not supported by Priests for Life Canada. Priests for Life Canada shares the same concerns as recently issued by Fr. Pavone’s Ordinary, Bishop Patrick Zurek of the Diocese of Amarillo:
“Priests for Life Inc. is not a Catholic institution, but a civil organization and is not under the control or supervision of the Diocese of Amarillo. The Diocese of Amarillo deeply regrets the offense and outrage caused by the video for the faithful and the
community at large. The action and presentation of Father Pavone in this video is not consistent with the beliefs of the Catholic Church."
Priests for Life Canada supports the investigation around the release of this video that is now being undertaken by the Diocese of Amarillo. We continue to pray for all of the good work done by Priests for Life (U.S.A.)

In any case, these fetus freaks are getting Canadian taxpayers' money to further stigmatize abortion and shame women who access a legal, common, and moral medical procedure.

That is insupportable.

So what happened next? Well I posted another comment to "Fern Hill"'s blog, a comment she did not post:

"Priests for life US and Canada do not share a website. The US website links to the Canadian website. That's like saying my blog shares your website because I have linked to your website. I don't think so.

Abortion may be legal and it may be common but killing an unborn child is not moral."

I guess my comment was too close to the truth.

That the unborn are not “legal persons” is irrelevant

Barbara Kay turns the pro-choice legal personhood argument on its head in the National Post when she discusses Bill C-225 Molly's law:

"— aims, in the words of abortion-law activist Mike Schouten, to “provide justice for women and families who have chosen to carry their babies to term...”

"...Pro-choice argumentation was weak in 2008 and remains weak today. One fallacious gambit is that mother and fetus, even though each has her own unique DNA, should continue to be considered one person because their biological systems operate symbiotically. This implies that conjoined twins, whose systems also operate symbiotically, are one person, when they manifestly are not. However, the mainstay of the opposition is the “legal personhood” canard. That the unborn are not “legal persons” in law is true, but morally and historically irrelevant: women, after all, weren’t “legal persons” until 1929, but were always considered murder victims in their own right before that date.

Ms. Kay has that right. Our hard line feminists scare our politicians to death when it comes to abortion. Joyce Arthur and anonymous blogger "Fern Hill" have of course already spoken out against Bill C-225. No surprise there.

But we know why the pro-abortions are really against Bill C-225. Joyce Arthur said it herself about Bill C-484:

"If the fetuses are recognized in this bill, it could bleed into people's consciousness and make people change their minds about abortion,"

For the pro-abortions, it is very very important that this never be allowed to happen. The legal killing of preborn children must be preserved at all costs.

Even when a woman is attacked and the child she chooses to carry to term is brutally killed.

Pro-choice violence - not in Wikipedia

A while ago anonymous blogger said in a comment on my blog, that she was anonymous because she feared pro-lifers. Because we are "scary". Her source was wiki-pedia:

"I'm psedonymous because your lot are fairly scary, BTW. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anti-abortion_violence"

Since Wikipedia was happy to publish violence attributed to pro-life people, I thought I'd check out their entry for "pro-choice" violence. Quelle surprise. There is no such entry. What was I thinking?

Of course there are a ton of examples of "pro-choice" violence out there. This morning I saw the first one below. A "pro-choice" person punches a pro-life protester, who then falls backwards into a fence hitting his head. The assailant then drives off but not before using the F word a couple of times. In fact this seems to be standard language for these very angry "pro-choice" people.

And anonymous blogger is afraid of us? She should check out her own kind. They are the scary ones.

Below is my own version of Wikipedia "pro-choice" violence. The entry you'll never see in Wikipedia.

In this video "pro-choice" people repeatedly taunt pro-lifers who are peacefully praying. It is quite the spectacle these "pro-choice" people make.

Aborting babies with Down Syndrome is not "Human"

After a series of tweets calling children born with Down Syndrome "defective", anonymous blogger feels the need to defend herself with this blog entry: The Down Side: Prenatal Testing and Its Consequences.

Here is some of what she said in her blog post:

"[Renate Lindeman], a "spokesperson for Dutch parent group Downpride." claims that Down Syndrome screening is about "eliminating a group of people."

No, it's not. It's individual parents and families, offered tests, given results, thinking it over, and making individual decisions based on their own desires and capacities.

In other words, people taking advantage of technological ingenuity to get information in order to make their own choices about their own families.

It doesn't get more human than this.

I took crap on Twitter the other day for calling Down Syndrome a defect, admonished rather to use the term "different."...

It's not evil, it's not genocide, and it certainly is not Nazi.

And the state has no fucking business in it. At. All.

Note to commenters: Yes. I know Down Syndrome people can be lovely, joyful people. And to people who choose to birth and bring up these children, good on you. But your saintliness gives you no right to shit on people who choose not to."

I just watched a remarkable documentary called "Abigail & Brittany Hensel - The Twins Who Share a Body". Abigail and Brittany are conjoined identical twins.

Are these girls also "defective" and worthy of eliminating? Because they sure don't go by the text book definition of what is human.

What about someone who is born with limbs missing like thalidomide babies in the 1960's? Also "defective" and worthy of eliminating?

Being human means you are born into the human species. You are a human being. Not a single one of us is perfect. And what about babies born who will go on to develop mental illness? And babies with a hole in their heart or with with one foot? And what about babies with genetic disorders like those with Down Syndrome?

If we can eliminate children before birth because they are "defective", what's to stop us from eliminating them after birth as well? Where does it stop? Who decides who is to live and who is to die? Anonymous blogger says its "not evil, it's not genocide, and it certainly is not Nazi" to eliminate these humans. That's exactly what it is. The Nazis wanted to create the perfect human race, devoid of Jews, Poles, Catholics, Gypsy's and homosexuals. We call that eugenics.

Aborting children born with Down Syndrome is just more of the same evil, genocidal Nazism. Saying it's not, doesn't make it true.
