– Private Residence: 43%
– LTC Facility/Nursing Home: 5%
– Retirement Home/Seniors Residence/Other: 5%

• Number of Unique MAiD Providers:
– Clinicians: 480
– Physicians: 446
– Nurse Practitioners: 34
– Hospitals: 134

• Sex:
– Female: 50%
– Male: 50%
• Age:
– Average Age: 75
– Youngest: 22
– Oldest: 106
• Underlying conditions:
– Cancer-Related: 63%
