Abortion will end in God's time

Maureen and I had our own little pilgrimage on Friday (thanks to Maureen for her creative documentation of said pilgrimage).

First stop, the Ottawa Morgentaler place on Bank St. to pray the Rosary. Next stop, St. Patrick's Basilica for a beautiful Mass in honour of St. Patrick. It was our first opportunity to hear the Liturgy by Ottawa's Archbishop Marcel Damphousse.

You know, the pro-abortions have their abortions, and we have our prayers to end abortion. What we have is so much more powerful than their abortion ideology will ever be.

We know who wins in the end. All in God's time.

Jericho walk to end abortion

The Montfort Hospital in Ottawa does abortions and I suspect they are late term abortion because of the higher cost. I received this information from my recent FOI request to the Quebec Health department:

I missed the Jericho walk on Saturday because we weren't in Ottawa. (Maureen did a fine job of capturing that walk).

So this morning I decided to do my own Jericho walk around the Montfort hospital. I prayed a Rosary and the Divine Mercy Chaplet to end abortion at this hospital. I didn't do it seven times like one is supposed to. It just means I will have to do it six more times.

Perhaps we should consider doing a Jericho walk around all of our hospitals to end abortion.

Fr. Tony Van Hee's court dates

Fr. Tony Van Hee's case has been split into two parts and will be heard separately.

1) The civil challenge to the law, on the constitutionality of the abortion bubble zone law, will be heard in Superior Court. Date unknown at this point.

2) The criminal case will be heard July 6-7, 2020 in the Ontario Court of Justice.

Prayers would be good for Fr. Tony and his case. In fact the Rosary would be an especially good prayer to say.

If you want to hear some amazing stories on the power of the Rosary as a weapon against evil listen to Dr. Taylor Marshall and Fr. Donald Calloway. And you don't have to be a Catholic to say the Rosary either. Don't know it? No problem, just read here.

Praying to end abortion standing in the corner

Today Maureen and I joined other people who want to pray for an end to abortion during the 40 Days for Life. We prayed two rosaries and one Divine Mercy Chaplet. We were there from 7 am to 9:30 am. I also went to Mass at 8:00 at St. Pat's. Lots of prayers, which is what the scourge of abortion needs.

We have Jim Watson to thank for our being prevented from praying across from the abortion facility.

No freedom of expression rights for us, as we stood in the corner for our audacity at praying across from the facility in days gone by.

Maureen was so cold that she put a bag inside her coat to try and keep warm, like an insulation layer. I called it her bag motif. See bottom picture.

Jim Watson's attempt to move us out of the way only means we will now have to pray from a distance. Prayers work just as well no matter where you pray. He can't take away our freedom of conscience and religion rights as much as I'm sure he'd like to. Sorry Jimmy.
