Trudeau literally says it's okay to override our Charter rights (Update)

"Regardless of the fact that we are attacking your fundamental rights, or limiting your fundamental rights, and the Charter says that is wrong, we're still going to go ahead and do it. It's basically a loophole that allows a majority to override fundamental rights of a minority."

Of course this should come as no surprise to anyone. Think public servants (on unpaid leave due to not being vaccinated). Think truckers (frozen bank accounts, Emergency Act). Think pro-life people (Summer Jobs program, pro-life charities, etc.).

Not a good look for a Prime Minister.

Just found this:

"The video clip leaves out key context. Trudeau was actually talking about a clause in the Canadian Constitution that he does not agree with."

So it seems without the whole context, Trudeau is not saying what it sounds like he is saying.
